Revised Testing Dates for 2009-2010: At the September Louisiana BESE meeting, the 2009-2010 testing dates were revised to include March 23 testing of LEAP English Language Arts Writing and Mathematics constructed-response items and GEE Writing and Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies constructed-response items. This change permits one day of testing (and two days of makeup testing) in March. Students from nonpublic and home school programs who take LEAP are expected to follow this schedule.
Parents and students are urged to prepare accordingly for this extremely important testing.
