Home Study Students Participating in LEAP 2025 Testing

Home Study students wanting to participate in LEAP 2025 for grades 3-8 need to complete a participation form and pay $35 per content area. Students can take both Math and ELA contents and will be reimbursed if you enroll in a LaSalle Parish public school in the fall of 2025.

Forms must be submitted and fees paid by April 17, 2025 to participate.

Weather Closure Notification

All LaSalle Parish Schools and Offices will be closed tomorrow, Wednesday, September 11. All extracurricular activities will also be canceled. We do anticipate our school system being open on Thursday, September 12th. We will continue to monitor the forecast and will provide an update during the day Wednesday. Thank you!

2024-2025 Substitute Training

The mandatory training for anyone interested in being a substitute for the 2024-2025 school year will be held on Monday, August 5 at 11:00 AM at the Old Jena Elementary Cafeteria. There will be another training held at a later date for anyone unable to attend.
